Gina’s Piece of Cake

Gina’s has been a staple for me from the moment they opened and were located in next to Big 5, that doesn’t make me old, right?!? Not enough great things to say about this community staple for sweet treats for any occasion! Gina and her team are always amazing! Amazing cakes, pies, and cookies to name a few! Stop by Old Town Orcutt or the mall! Thank you for all the memories and setting the bar!

The cake was delicious it had a cool whip top. Cappuccino was perfect , The cheese cake singles were not good, too hard and rich, but if you like super sweet deserts, you may enjoy them. The place was roomy and clean. We were here close to closing, and the girls were cleaning with fabuloso that overpowered the place.

What a delightful find! This bakery is absolutely adorable and offers an impressive selection of treats that cater to every craving. We ended up purchasing quite a few items, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The quality and care in their baking truly shine through. I had several questions while deciding what to try, and the staff could not have been more patient or helpful. They took the time to guide me through their offerings, ensuring I made the best choices—and I certainly did! The atmosphere is charming, the service is exceptional, and the baked goods are out of this world. I can’t wait to come back and explore even more of their menu on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Favorite local coffee shop. Everyone knows me (and my family and my dog) because I like to go there to work, and sometimes hold meetings for community groups. Lovely atmosphere. Gina and her husband are great. Just wish they had more savory options. Also, it took some baristas a while to warm up to me, I think; but I'm happy with the service now.

Great place. Brought my girlfriend to impress her at this little local bakery. Place was a dream walking in, service and staff were on point. Spent about 100 bucks with pastries for a party. When we went to the car and drove off, my girl had a look on her face like she wanted to say something.. she did, she said the bathroom didn't match the store. I asked her to explain. She said she thought for a second she was at a truck stop restroom. A little to grimy for a boutique place. Told her maybe the staff was too busy to clean up as it was almost closing time. She said for those prices on pastries they should have a restroom attendant. We laughed hard. Told her next time she'll see a difference..🙏 love this place and the pastries were a hit at the party.
