I ordered the miso soup, spicy dumpling tempura (plant based), and regular soba hot. The dumplings were really good. They sold out on the regular ones so I had to get spicy, thankful it wasn't too spicy. Very flavorful. Customer service was cool. Now the reason for my 3 stars is because the soda wasn't good to me, it lacked flavor and the miso was mediocre, again lack of flavor. I would only go back for the dumplings.

First time trying their Edomae tendon set and it was very disappointing. It totally looked different than display. The tempura was soggy instead of crispy and there was no sauce on top. I also noticed other customers received their bowls in ceramic bowls, while mine was served in a paper dish. Rather get something else for this price.

I have been a customer of this place for years and I never had any issues before. Today, I ordered Unagi Box Set and when I received it, it was only Unagi and 1 miso soup. I asked the cashier, Chelsy, about the tempura that is showing in the picture above Unagi Box Set. She replied with an attitude, “No, it doesn’t come with tempura. That’s all you get”. I was disappointed with her response and told her the picture has tempura. She responded, “I didn’t put that picture, my manager did”. I told her that her restaurant puts that picture and your organization did it. I took the tray and walked away. But she yelled “I can refund the money”. So, I walked back to her station and made her refund the money and left the food on their counter (She gave that food to another customer). I also requeste

We arrived at lunchtime on a Sunday, so we had to wait 40 minutes after ordering, but it was worth the wait. The original tempura bowl came with these tempuras egg　1, green beans　1, sweet potato 1, broccoli　1, white fish　1, seaweed　1, pumpkin 2 shrimp 2 Great Value. I’ll be sure back

The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the salmon was rich and buttery! The bowl was smaller than I expected but the proportion of fish to rice was perfect and it did fill me up so I can’t complain.
