Great birthday dinner for my husband. From when I started the reservation I had to change time 3x due to weather and they were so understanding and accommodating. Food was delicious & served in perfect timing. Our server Alvaro was amazing as was the managers on duty. Perfect evening and we were able to purchase nice framed photos of ourselves for souvenirs! Highly recommended.

I can see why this place is highly rated. We went for a birthday and I must say this place is simply amazing. The food,service, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Our server Marion was awesome! Super friendly and attentive. If I had to knock something would be the parking, but they do offer valet for a fee. Also, the tables are a little small. But outside of all that, it was an amazing experience!

I went to Don Coqui for brunch and everything was incredible! The tres leches pancakes, steak and eggs, and yuca fries were all delicious — every dish came out flavorful and perfectly cooked. The highlight of the meal was definitely the passion fruit mimosa, which was so refreshing and full of flavor. The Coquito shots were delicious! Amazing food, great vibes, and a brunch I’d happily come back for. Highly recommend!

Finally getting around to sharing my experience from a visit last July. Don Coqui has such a great location and lively reputation, so we were excited to try it. I really want to give this place a shot again. Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. It was very hot where we were seated and the ceiling fans above us were off. Our waiter mentioned he would turn them on but never followed up, and there wasn’t an apology. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken, and by the time he returned, nearby tables were filled so we couldn’t move. The food also took a while to come out, which made sitting in the heat uncomfortable. The food itself was just okay. Amazing experience! We went on a Friday night for my best friend’s birthday and had a window seat with beautiful NYC views. The DJ kept the vibe fun all night, and the food and drinks were great. They even surprised us by singing happy birthday with a huge LED screen and a sparkler. Perfect spot to celebrate any special occasion!
