Took the tour here about a year ago with Kathy as our guide, and she was fantastic: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and really friendly. The tour was short but informative, with plenty of interesting history packed into a fun experience that works for all ages. It’s definitely something worth doing once, and I’d happily stop back in for their warm, soft pretzels and other treats from the gift shop. The building itself is neat to see, and the pretzels alone make it worth the visit if you're in the area.

Stopped in on the way home from Lebanon and was able to pick up hot freshly baked pretzels, chocolate covered pretzels with either peanut butter or caramel, and a pretzel magnet for our frig! Pretzels are not like the Philly style we're used too rather softer and doughier with what could be a wheat based flour? None the less they were very good and we're making them last a few days. I didn't have time for the tour but enjoyed to old world charm of the store, staff was super nice!

We were late booking, but they luckily managed to get us in. We got a bit lost getting there and just made it in time for the tour (we were last tour of the day). We asked if the shop will be open after the tour as we didn't have a chance to look before, we were told no, which was a bit of a disappointment, you'd think they'd time so the last tour still had time to buy souvenirs / pretzels etc after the tour. That is my only negative, as it was partly our fault due to just making it in time for the tour. The tour was great, short and to the point, maybe a little too quick when it comes to the pretzel making section but still great! You get a little certificate which was lovely and a bag of hard pretzel at the end. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommended, may

The tour guide was funny and interesting and it was fun rolling and shaping the dough into a pretzel. Would have been great if they could have baked it too. When we were finished with the tour we wanted to buy a soft pretzel and there was only one left. They said it would be 5 minutes but 5 mins later they said 3 more. Time to leave.

I did the pretzel tour, very good experience for the money. Only $6. Heads up that you don't get to eat the pretzel you make though, and book ahead on weekends or you might not get a spot.
