Customer Reviews
This was our first time at Johnnie’s on 2 and had no idea where to eat being that it was our first time in St. Ignace. For being a week into the job, Mason did a fabulous job! He was so attentive and spot on with everything. The food was fantastic. I ordered the 10oz steak with 2 sides and my son had wings and 2 orders of onion rings because it was so good. My husband ordered the pastrami sub and my daughter ordered an Italian sub. Clean plates all around! The craft beer selection was pretty big. The nachos from afar looked awesome too!
Just stopped in to try for takeout today. I got my pastrami sandwich home and it was supposed to come with pastrami, Swiss, Russian dressing, and coleslaw. There is plenty of pastrami and swiss but zero coleslaw. It would be nice to note on the website that they are out of anything on the sub (or forgot).
This place was absolutely amazing. Got the chips and cheese appetizer. Five bucks and I swear three people could eat out of it. My buddy had a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I had the half rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and gravy. Burger was awesome so full of cheese. Ribs were probably some of the best I've ever had. Portion size was amazing. Waitress Allison was awesome as well. Highly recommend and will definitely go back when we're in the area.
This place was a great find after driving up from the Lansing area. No need to drive into St Ignace ; Johnnie's IA about a mile west of I75 on US2. Food choices plentiful from appetizers to dinners all at reasonable prices.
It was my first time visiting to the area and had just crossed the big bridge and saw Johnny's on two. I had been told by everyone to be sure and have white fish while I was in the area. This was a convenient stop. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was fantastic. And so was the food! I ended up getting a white fish special which was phenomenal. I just took the regular side of fries with mine. A friend of mine wanted a side salad because of his diet. The side salad was amazing. There were lots of fresh ingredients well presented and he said it was very good. There's a great looking bar and a very friendly bartender but I had just plain iced tea and it was great.
