I was given professional and supportive direction, in addition to, assurance-in regards to a complicated tax year. Above all, a very friendly and helpful attitude from the Staff. I am fortunate to have found them locally, and can confidently say I was in good hands.

We highly recommend Richard and Ashley & Kylie their team took care of us with our complicated tax returns. Richard explained the break down of deductions and what the retuen and what we owed was going to be. The staff made accommodations for getting us in on a Saturday. Ashley communicated throughout the whole process as well.

This place is wack!!! We had an appointment scheduled with Amy. She called me 50 minutes before the appointment to cancel on us and then told me call back next year. I’ve talked to her on the phone several times leading up to this appointment. I always got a weird vibe but brushed it off because this place has sooo many good reviews. When I spoke to her the most recent time she called me the wrong name and literally didn’t know what the appointment was for. A week ago she texted me thinking I was a different person and said that Richard told her to reach out to me. I honestly don’t know how these people do taxes if they can’t even keep a simple schedule or their contacts straight. I’m honestly shocked and thankful we dodged a bullet!
