Joe's Place

Joe's is a privately owned small business in the community of palmerton Pennsylvania. A very quaint establishment very warming and friendly and it has actually very great staff. Unfortunately that's where the good points of this establishment end. My son and I went down and I ordered a cheese steak with onions and he ordered a big super fat cheeseburger or whatever it was, and I was very adamant that when it comes to the cheesesteak with onions I just want steak cheese and onions. It seems everywhere north of Philadelphia wants to spread pizza sauce over the top of a cheesesteak I don't know where the hell this came from this is not a tradition and it needs to stop well anyways needless to say food comes out My 14-in cheese steak is smothered in pizza sauce and not an onion insight so I

I got two jumbo cheese steaks. I asked for NOTHING BUT STEAK and EXTRA CHEESE!!!. Where the hell is the cheese???AND WHY THE HELL ARE THERE PICKLES ON IT! EDIT: $45+ dollars after tip. What a joke! Edit: dont worry, went to Lorenzos and got a proper cheese steak!!!!!

Extremely dry, barely any cheese. Got one regular and one with just meat and cheese. Half didn't even have cheese, the meat itself was dry. Other cheese steaks I've had, even plain, have enough cheese mixed in with the meat that it's still moist. Won't order cheese steaks again.

Displeased, was told you guys had the best sandwich in Palmerton. Sure I’ll give it a shot! “Plain cheesesteak “. Who puts tomato sauce and pickles on a cheesesteak!!! Got home and tossed it in the trash. Thanks a lot!
