Jimmy’s World Famous Soft Serve

We had just got off the Polar Express and wanted a quick treat. The staff was a joy, the ice cream was delicious and to our surprise Santa was there! My service dog had just gone off duty for the night so he was in the car, but when I mentioned getting a photo with him with Santa the staff said oh absolutely!! So I ran outside to get him and when I came back in they had a pup cup ready for him and were just so excited to give it to him. The girls really put a smile on my face for making us feel so special. My only upset is not buying more ice cream, it was delicious!! I usually always post a photo of the food I am reviewing but ate it to fast, so here’s my dog with Santa! We’ll be back!

this place is phenomenal. they have designed the place so thoughtfully for kids and adults alike. The soft serve is delicious and I promise it's the only ice cream of its kind in durango (besides their original location by the powerhouse). You cannot go wrong here!! Need something savory or seasonal instead of original soft serve? No problem. You want it, they've got it.

The waffle dog is delicious and the service is awesome. Can’t beat the atmosphere and it’s totally family friendly.

Jimmy's new location is stellar! My husband and I really like the retro touches at each booth, the bar and stools options and my son loves the walls painted like melting chocolate with sprinkles! The ice cream was so good and waffle cone was delicious & adorable with the best sprinkle combo-coffee shake was so tasty as well!
