Expectation versus reality after sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes when this was the only thing I ordered. I think the photo speaks for itself.
Placed an online order at 9:02. I arrived at 9:16, not ready. That's fine... gentlemen who was ordering at the counter when I arrived got his ordered before me. 9:27, order done. I asked to speak to he manager to lodge my complaint, he didn't seem to bothered by it. Once I got into my vehicle, I noticed one of the employees looking out the window, gesturing to her coworker about me. Not acceptable.
Best Jimmy John's I've been to! Atmosphere was great! The music was amazing and family friendly, and was shown nothing but respect complimented with smiles. Food was perfect and was satisfying! Will definitely come back again!
Very disappointed!! Waited 40 minutes in the drive through for our food to not even be correct and taste like absolute trash. Will never go back.
Excellent for people who want food-shaped objects rather than flavor. The most underwhelming sandwich I have ever had in my life. Super nice staff.
