The Nordic Pineapple

We stayed at The Nordic Pineapple for the first time for our anniversary and we were blown away by so many facets of the stay. The building itself is stunning and rich with history, and the rooms are luxurious and so comfortable. The service we received from both the owners and innkeeper were next level - every aspect of our stay was met with warmth, personalization, and care. I couldn't believe how attentive they were, anticipating every need we, and other guests, could ever have, with every small detail being minded to. We stayed in the Green Duck - the big bed, jetted bath tub and decorations did not disappoint. We had made more plans but ended up loving the room too much to leave! The breakfast service itself was also exceptionally delicious and fresh, served with high quality coffee

I have never stayed at a B&B, and this experience was awesome! I love history, and so the history of the house was a big plus for me! |Very cozy, neat, clean, quiet, and peaceful!|Very large, comfortable bathrooms! It took a moment for the hot water to get up to my 2nd-floor room (the Yellow Pig!), but that is no different than hotels I have stayed at.|When I first arrived, I believe it was Greg and Darci casually sitting on the wrap-around porch, and I greeted them with, "Hi, I heard this is where the cool people hang out!", and they rolled with it and we had a fun little banter. My wife and I stayed at the Nordic Pineapple over the weekend and absolutely loved it. It is very close to East Lansing, so Michigan State University families and alumni should definitely check this out. It is so much better than a hotel. The guest rooms are absolutely gorgeous! Some of them have extremely spacious bathrooms with oversized tubs; pure luxury. The innkeeper is wonderful. We were welcomed when we pulled up and they showed us around right away which made us feel at home right from the start. The breakfast was delicious! It was also presented so beautifully (as you can see in the picture. Whether you are visiting MSU, or wedding dress shopping in Fowlerville, check the B&B out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Nordic Pineapple Bed and Breakfast! From the moment we arrived, the owners Kjersten and Greg and the innkeeper Darcy made us feel so welcome — their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the weekend. We visited for the Murder Mystery Weekend and had an absolute blast! The event was so well organized and full of laughter and surprises — we’re already planning to come back for another one. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the town and local shopping were charming, and the breakfasts were out of this world. What a great stay! My wife and I stood through the Thanksgiving weekend and had an amazing experience at The Nordic Pineapple. Greg, Kjerstien, and Darci were very welcoming and make a phenomenal breakfast. The ambience for the holiday season was picturesque. The room was tidy and comfortable and the house's rooms were warm, inviting and entertaining. I highly recommend staying at The Nordic Pineapple.
