Well, when you pay for a sandwich, you hope to get exactly what you ordered. Apparently, it's hard to follow a receipt, a display, or directions. I ordered a turkey with CHEESE, ONIONS, lettuce and peppers. What I didnt get was cheese or onions, but, they added tomatoes, something I can't eat. Thanks for the $13.90 of a sandwich that I didn't want. Thanks for reaffirming why I dont like eating there.

Sadly had to drop my rating due to recent inconsistencies and it's saddening as a regular. Primarily with the mayo. Someone here LOVES mayo but they put a sickening amount of it on our sandwiches. Bread was soaked and it dripped out like crazy. My wife and I were really sad to see it. Hopefully they fix it because this was our autistic comfort food. When I called to leave feedback as a regular they seemed upset and didn't care. Offered me a refund but I didn't care about that. I just want them to improve.

I have ordered delivery from this store at least 6 times since it opened. It has never been here in less than 30 minutes. I live less than 2 miles from this store. Someone from corporate should seriously audit this location, they need something

What would be great is if when ordering online, paying a 25 percent tip (to support your workers and driver) and then getting my FULL order. Just put in an order for me and my son since we are having a Dad and Son night and not getting everything we paid for. Really makes me want to pay the tip or reuse your service.

22 bucks for a sub thats not even a ft long. With a drink and potato salad thats taste like its bought from Walmart. Very disappointed and won't be back.
