The amount of time that it takes for this shop to deliver a single sandwich to somewhere that’s so close is insane. It typically takes about an hour and half the time it’s outsourced to Uber Eats. JJ’s used to be a great quick option for moms like me who can’t always leave the house. Now, you better plan ahead because your food isn’t going to be there any time soon.

It has been an hour since I ordered my food. No sign of it. STOP using Uber eats to deliver my food and hire a human delivery driver. Refund my money! Editing review to respond to the owner. You aren't going to do crap to change. Your store has many one star reviews all with the same issues/complaints. If you can't efficiently run a chain sandwich shop you shouldn't be in food service. Hire people

Pickup through the drive thru is super convenient. Order always ready within minutes. Even if you go deep with specifics on your lil ole sandwich order they don’t scoff, they nail it like professionals. Five stars. (tip if you got it)

They're usually pretty good, the drive through is always EXTREMELY slow, despite them usually having a full staff. It seems like only a few people work while the rest stand around. The main reason why I'm finally leaving a review for this location is because of the order I received tonight. I ordered just as they were about to close and I understand they would be frustrated, I've been in their position before. However, I don't feel comfortable eating here again so late at night because it looks like a bite was taken out of my bread or something was poked into my bread. They also added tomatoes to my sandwich, despite me making a note that they leave that off the sandwich(it's good I'm not allergic or this could've been dangerous).
