2/8/2026 11:15AM Absolute worst Starbucks in the St Louis area. I get the same order from Starbucks regularly. Quad espresso, heavy cream steamed extra hot. I get my order and it's cold. So I pull in and go inside and tell them the cream wasn't steamed and it's cold. The server proceeds to tell me they wouldn't steam the heavy cream. I explain to her I order the same drink all the time and it's always steamed. She tells me, "no we wouldn't do that. This drink is made by pouring cold cream into the espresso." When I tried to explain that every other Starbucks steams the cream as ordered, she continued to inform me I was wrong about my drink that I order on a regular basis. I ordered via the drive-through and had a great experience. The gal in the drive-through was professional, cheerful, and easy to understand. My drinks were made exactly as ordered and were prepared rather quickly. I was able to scan my account on my mobile device in order to accumulate reward points. When in the area, this location of Starbucks is a must try.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! Not only was my drink perfect, but I really appreciated that the drive-thru barista asked if I needed a cup of water since it’s such a hot day. It’s such a thoughtful touch and shows they really care about their customers. That small gesture made a big difference and definitely brightened my day. Thank you, Starbucks, for going above and beyond!

Every single time I say I’ll try this location again, I drive away with a barely luke warm hot drink. $8.95 for a tepid coffee.

Usually my favorite location. Basic service today was good. However, I was a little surprised when 2 different people walked around offering samples and both of them skipped over me. It was a little offensive, actually.
