Jimmy John's

Very rude counter staff, I understand having one hour left, you want to clean up and get home. I left a nice tip even with the attitude being the generous heart I have. I dont need the eye rolls, the snarky attitude, the standoffishness. Good customer service is part of the job, from beginning till close. Im sure alot of customers see this because its not a first for me. The girl cleaning was very pleasant upon entering. Cashier may not like the job.

I did a catering order for a church function. I ordered online but I called to get some details ironed out. Both times I spoke to nice staff. My order was complete on time. The food got rave reviews at the function. I realized why I missed Jimmy John's. Would definitely go back.

The service could be a tad better if they listened. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half explicitly to the person preparing. He didnt. when I noticed after I opened it in my car, I went back inside. no apologies were given.

The only problem with JJ is that it tastes too good! This location is super clean and profesh. The gentleman who helped me was patient with my custom order and made a mean Sando!

Best sandwich shop around. The employee, Preston, that works there is one of the most respectful and intelligent minds I've come across in a long time. Always great and prompt. He should own a Jimmy John's. Theres no doubt in my mind he could manage many different locations with ease.
