Chick-fil-A

This location does things a little different. They post two guys with badges outside who's job it is to verbally accost people going to the restaurant because they "need to have the lobby cleared by a certain time". Now this is 15 minutes before the lobby closes and over an hour before the store closes. The experience once allowed inside the store was the typically high quality that you expect from this chain, they're the best. On my way out about 5 mins to nine they turned a group of about 5 people away from entering. I made sure to ask if these guys were actually employed by the restaurant and they informed me that they were. Interesting business model.

Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target. One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.

The service was grade A. What customer service should look like. Bailey was very polite and accommodating. Not only did she greet each customer coming in but made sure each had what they needed and used a smile and apologized for any wait. This made my day, and on my birthday it was a joy stopping in. I will come back because of Bailey and her genuine support/ service

The food is always good, but how can you expect people to order when they can’t even read the menu? I feel rude asking the employee to read the menu to me when they’re standing 5 feet before it.

Well, this is the 3rd time in the best month I’ve given this chick fi la location a shot and I finally have to write a review… I order 2 spicy sandwiches and a medium Mac n cheese every time via mobile order. For whatever reason, it always takes at least 10 minutes for my order to be ready even after the 9 minute to commute to the location… Sandwiches are always good though… My Mac n cheese however, is also good tasty BUT, I’m ordering a medium, not a small… See photo smh.
