Giant Eagle Supermarket

I am late writing this review! Just found the team members card. We had helium balloons made for my son-in-laws 40th birthday. We were serviced by Jenna, in the flower department,at the waterfront. She did an excellent job of helping me pick out the balloons, packaging them up to fit in the car, and even helped me get the in the suv!!! It was the first day they were starting to sell them! She went over and above!!!

Well i guess i will stick to bagging myself at this location. Just had all my food angrily bagged for whatever reason. I am overly annoyed by how there are never the right bags by the onions. And for whatever reason produce here is always kinda shitty, the bread is always on the old side, meat selection is shit. And I’m to the point where I can no longer defend the shitty pricing. Like how is shopping here basically as expensive as shopping at whole foods for far less quality? Do better

Good store, great selection, always fresh food, produce, specialty items. The app is easy to use and quite helpful. Love using points for groceries or gas.

This Giant Eagle location had everything you could imagine here. Deli and prepared foods were well stocked and everything was organized and clean. They had a nice, large beer and wine selection in the front of the store as well.

Store management replaced the self service lanes with the mini checkouts (think Whole Foods). While not a problem today, I am concerned that this will result in long lines if they don't staff this change properly.
