I had such a great experience thanks to Arwen. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She had such a positive attitude and made us feel genuinely welcomed, not just like customers but like guests. She stayed on top of everything, checked in at the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. It’s clear she really cares about doing her job well and making people have a good experience. Employees like Arwen are a huge reason people come back. She truly deserves recognition!

"Take out with ease with Mrs Jaylah" very professional and a friendly face to associate with, I would definitely recommend calling for take out dining and not using the the online ordering it messed up my order the night before but when calling To place and order, miss Jayla got it. Perfect and gave me exact timing on when the cooks would have the order ready. The food was amazing and service was perfect I'll be visiting again when in the area. Thank goodness for good food.

I’m traveling and decided to stop by to my favorite bbq place a few days ago and honestly it’s rare that I receive really good food service. My server was Arwen and she was so attentive and such a joy. I’m quite picky with my sandwiches and how they’re constructed but she made sure it was made right. Yes it’s kinda silly I like my tomato on the side and all sauces on the side but she made me feel satisfied when I left. I hope she’s treated well because that was the best experience I had at a bbq restaurant in a while.

Jim 'N Nick's is a go-to for amazing BBQ and comfort food every time! The ribs, mac and cheese, and cornbread never disappoint, but the standout for me is the service. Marley, who works in togo, is top-notch—always friendly, fast, and makes sure your order is just right. Great food, even better service. Highly recommend!
