Jersey Mike's Subs

Great tasting subs! Fresh bread and fresh deli meats cut perfectly everytime to put on your sandwich. My fav is the Jersey Shore Sub. And they add a dash of red wine vinegar. Its like icing on a cake! Very tasty.

Always love Jersey Mike's subs, they remind me of home! This specific location was great, the service was very friendly and the sandwich tasted wonderful. I absolutely loved how they listened to some younger customers of theirs, and replaced the plastic straws with paper ones to save the environment and the animals! I like supporting an establishment that cares about a problem such as plastic straw littering. Keep it up JM's, we'll definitely be back soon!

The young lady working handled the situation-beautifully and with humor. 10 online sandwich orders, training 2 brand new employees and making sure gluten allergies were handled properly. She is a hustler and whoever owns this shop is lucky to have her. Rachel is her name.

Ordered online, stood there for 30 minutes waiting for my sub told 2 out of the 4 people working which one was my order. Order was never made, they're just standing there talking to each other. Finally snapped and asked where is my order lady tells me she ran out of bread. Standing there for 30 minutes no one acknowledges me and couldn't have mentioned it while I was there. FOUR people in the store, only one guy makes subs? And he makes one at a time? Everyone else got theirs but for mine they run out of bread?! You're a sandwich shop, bread is kind of important I would think. Absolutely joke, four people not a single one with any customer service experience.

I have ordered from this store many times through DoorDash and they always get my order completely wrong. Today I ordered two BLT (#1) and they gave me an Italian sub and Turkey sub. That is completely different. Do they even look at the orders or make them as they come? They clearly don’t care what people order. Side note: I also always order one cookie with my order and they always give me two bags of chips, I think that’s more so being lazy.
