Jersey Mike's Subs

This visit was...not great. We were attempting to go to another nearby sub shop that was closed. We hopped on Google to find another place to go and this was the closest place. I had not had Jersey Mike's before. When we arrived there were 4 workers, one filling the soda fridge, one taking/filling orders, one cooking hot subs and another worker. I am not sure what she was doing but she was not helping customers. The staff was not unpleasant, but they were also not friendly. When we arrived, no one even said hello, no one told us it would be a bit no one said anything. So we just waited in silence for probably 5-7 minutes. We almost left. Terrible service ordered online picked it up order was wrong so went back up to get it fixed and they made comply wrong sandwich again. Not that hard to make a sandwich

⭐️⭐️ I witnessed serious cross-contamination during my visit that made it impossible for me to eat here. The employee preparing food kept the same gloves on while taking orders, handling bread, slicing meat, touching her face, and—most concerning—using her gloved finger to wipe/sniff her nose. She then continued making food without changing gloves or washing her hands. She had a good attitude and was working, but basic food safety standards were not being followed. Once you see something like that, it completely eliminates confidence in the cleanliness of the food. This isn’t about customer service—it’s about hygiene and training. Management and corporate should take this seriously and reinforce proper glove use and food-handling procedures before it becomes a bigger issue.

So to make the story short, my entire experience was horrible. Now for a detailed explanation. I made an online order for a giant italian with mayo 2 bags of salt and vinegar and 2 lemonades. Seems simple right, well apparently not. I waited for about and hour for my delivery, which I can't blame the store for that because of doordash. I will however blame them for the entire order being wrong from the ham sandwich I got to the random gatorades that were sent. I called to talk with someone about the order, and got and I quote "we don't do credits or refunds, you gotta call to complain tomorrow". I then stated nicely I just would like a credit and to take my name down for later (so they cant play stupid later on) and the lady then tells me look we closing you can complain tomorrow. I unders

Ordered take out waited 30 minutes. Observing the staff just leaving tons of OLO orders just sitting there while one steps off to go outside and the others sweeping the floor instead of making the several tickets waiting. Honestly disappointing experience and awful customer service didn’t even apologize or offer a free beverage for the extensive wait.
