Ok I have eaten at this location 5-6 times and I have absolutely no complaints. Food continues to be fresh and on point. The staff as usual has been attentive and friendly. One of the team members even knows my order by heart (since I go there so much). Overall, if you want a fire sandwich you’ve got to come here (you won’t be disappointed).

Service was good, but holy wow, their tuna salad wraps are horribly average. I haven’t tried out Jimmy John’s yet, but I think I can safely say if you want a good tuna salad wraps, you should get it from Pot Belly.

2 times now I have ordered delivery, and both orders my food was incorrect or missing toppings and used the wrong bread. Very disappointed. These subs are expensive - I expect my order to be correct. Apparently you need to be there in person, watching them put every single item on the sub for accuracy.

Very disappointed with this location. I placed an order on the app and then went to pick it up. There is no designated place for orders, so I had to wait in the line, with 9 people in front of me to pick up my order. I should have checked while I was there to see if it was right, but unfortunately I did not. My bowl had a small amount of meat and cheese, and an overload of banana peppers, which I did not order. I also ordered mayo, but that was not on there. Taking the time to read and get the orders right, would really go a long way to get return customers.

I've never had issues with this location before but I ordered food for myself & 2 other people & all 3 of us got sick from eating it! If I decide to go back it will be in person to watch them. I personally think I got old food. Don't order online or mobile.
