Jersey Mike's Subs

Absolutely disgusting establishment. The workers did not change their gloves the entire time I was in there waiting on a pickup order. I haven’t ate here in a long time because the last time I had this location it was horrible and the roast beef was grey. Bread was burnt tonight and it wasn’t good. I was more applaud at the fact how dirty it was and the screen where they type orders in was filthy. The register drawer was broken and some of the workers were trying to pry it open with the knife they use to cut sandwiches! All young men in there working and not changing gloves and touching everything. Where is the adults at that care about their job and the way it looks to the customers that walk in and get their food? Corporate needs to come in here and change this ASAP.

I am beyond livid! Mt husband went to Jersey Mikes this evening to buy me a Philly steak with on a wheat wrap. The wheat wrap was hard and the mayo had a spoiled taste to it that I literally didn’t feel good about. So I threw the whole sandwich away to prevent from getting sick. In the past I have had had great experiences at Jersey mikes in Bowie Maryland location and Virginia they would usually cut the wheat wrap sandwich neatly before they wrap it. This Jersey Mikes in particular is horrible and if they weren’t closed I would’ve drove back and got a full refund. I will definitely be calling tomorrow not because of the money but the lack of service and the fact that someone had the audacity to give me a sandwich in the condition that it was in was a slap in the face! Came here after a long shift to super friendly staff! They were very personable & welcoming as well as making sure they got the order right. Haven’t even gotten home to taste the food and they’re getting 5 stars for service.

This location never skimps on ingredients! Always fresh and I love the new chopped version for sub in a tub. Love em wish they add that spicy ranch as an option to doordash options

Sub was hitting the spot...and then....(Pics) Hard to want to go back even if they provide compensation. Presumably, this doesn't happen often. The location looked neat and the staff had my sub ready to go when I got there. This is a $20+ sub, so this definitely hurts my soul
