I visited the CAVA location on January 9 at approximately 2:31 PM, and I had an excellent experience. The restaurant was very, very, very clean, which immediately stood out and made the environment extremely welcoming. The young lady who greeted me was attentive, kind, and very professional. She followed the correct portion sizes when building my bowl and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I also want to highlight how well-stocked the restaurant was—everything was fully available, including the juices, which were filled to the brim. That level of attention to detail is something customers truly appreciate. Overall, this location demonstrated outstanding cleanliness, organization, and customer service. I will definitely be returning.

My go to order is the Harissa Avocado bowl. It is consistent every time I go. Delicious. Full of flavor. The portions are good. Sometimes I can’t finish it in one sitting.

This cava has excellent service, the food is always great! Tiff, Claudia, chenelle, maya and Jocelyn are the best that there is in customer service, professionalism and friendliness that makes always like to return and referrals to all my coworkers to this place. Please promote them ahead of peers cause they are the embodiment of what I look forward to. Thank you very much ladies.

Great location! Food is always fresh and never any issues with service! All employees work well with each other and handle my order with respect and care! Can’t remember all of the names to thank them for the work effort and service but I do want to give Tiffany a special thanks and excellent service! Always has a smile on her face while handling orders.. Great job team!

Tiff is always upbeat, patient, and on point with her service. Even when the line is long, she keeps everything moving with a smile and makes sure every order is exactly right. Our team really appreciates how she goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. That kind of energy and customer care matters, especially when we’re grabbing food in between jobs. We just wanted to highlight her for the professionalism, friendliness, and consistency she brings every day. CAVA is lucky to have her, and she’s definitely one of the reasons we keep coming back.
