Akira Ramen and Izakaya

It's a pretty good ramen place even if it's sort of a chain. I've never had a bad experience. Service is usually fast and the food comes out good every time. If you have a craving for ramen easy place to stop and get some delicious ramen. Decent appetizers too. I prefer the pork buns when I'm really hungry but they also have sushi rolls as well and other things like gyoza, edamame etc.

Absolutely delicious. I took a bite of the food and couldn’t stop eating hence the reason for no great photos. Had the Gyoza which was delectable and the Akira Volcano (Spicy) Ramen w/Pork which was fantastic. As a big foodie, I’m not easily impressed so I really do mean it when I say this food was delicious. The broth was absolutely flavorful and hit on the umami. I look forward to coming back to this quaint and cozy restaurant that offers great food and equally great service. For those into anime, the entire time I was eating this, I was thinking that this must’ve been how excited Naruto felt eating Ramen.

Im amazed by the 4.7 ratingof this location. If it were the food only and we did a take out, probably a 5.0. Unfortunately on Sunday August 31st, our server passed us a at least a dozen times before stopping to ask if we would like to order drinks and hors d'oeuvres. I wasn't timing but probably 7 or 8 minutes after we were seated. Only when other patrons were started to be seated did he even acknowledge us. We ordered. Geso Kara Katzu Don Hyundai Don ALOHA Lemonade All the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We were told the lemonade "was imported from Hawaii" but not told it would be served in 12oz cans. -2 points. I could have sent it back but still can't wrap my mind around an actual restaurant charging me $3.50 for a can of tea. I wanted proof! After we finished eating,

I decided to stop by for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. My waitress was Yvonne who was super sweet and helpful in deciding what to order. The other waitress/waiter was also super attentive and caring as well. The prices were reasonable, food was super filling and delicious. I truly recommend this place if ur in the area! Definitely would revisit and bring my loved ones next time.

Get the beef ramen and ask for it spicy, it's so good! Everything is so good here, staff is amazing. Had the cheesecake for the first time today and might have to come back tomorrow just for that! My menu favorites (pretty much everything I have tried) spicy beef ramen, Bruce sushi roll, the assortment appetizer with different meat skewers, Hokkaido Cheesecake. You can customize the ramen which is nice if you are not a fan of specific things (I do no seaweed in my bowl for example)
