Casa Fuego

Casa Fuego in Gambrills is officially my new favorite hidden gem. It’s a halal Mexican restaurant right off Route 3, and while it may not look like much from the outside, don’t let that fool you. The quality of the ingredients, the seasoning, and especially the sauces are on another level. We tried the bang bang shrimp tacos, birria tacos, steak burrito, and steak quesadillas — every single item was excellent. The steak was tender and flavorful, the birria was rich and perfectly seasoned, and the shrimp tacos had just the right balance of heat and creaminess. This is my 3rd visit to Casa Fuego! The cashier is super inviting & enthusiastic about engaging with customers. I sat in and watched the same energy with each customer & on the every visit for myself. The food is reasonably priced and good. I loved the loaded nachos, the chipotle chicken taco, and the birria. Another plus about this place is the daily menu specials and the convenient parking! Take it from a 3peat customer, give this place a try.

Not sure how long this spot has been open, but the food was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the three taco plate—one chicken, one shrimp, and one birria—and he finished them in no time. I ordered the quesabirria, which was huge and packed with flavor. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the tres leches cake topped with Oreos, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out, friendly staff and atmosphere!

We drove from baltimore to try Casa Fuego. We got Birria tacos and the specialty taco trio with chipotle chicken & asada! Everything was so flavorful and delicious. Food was ready within minutes after order. The owner was very welcoming & hospitable. 10/10 definitely recommend! We will be back! 😮‍💨

Tacos are FUEGO just like the name!! 🔥🔥 I love the nachos especially with the avocado salsa!! The Birria and shrimp tacos are my favorite but the chipotle chicken and steak are good as well. I love the weekly specials!!
