I have worked with Jeff for 8 years now. He has given me a hard time in the past saying my that "business does not make enough money". I never asked for his judgment, just someone to prepare my taxes. Anyway, this year he abandon me mid tax season, again stating that my business was a failure and did not make enough profit.!? It was very difficult to find a replacement as all other accountants were already booked up and BUSY.!? I have always paid Jeff's fee, but he acted extremely unprofessional, and left a long-time client high and dry. I would move on and find someone more reliable and professional. I did and I got a better return at a much better rate!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the way this interaction was handled. I reached out to them through their website and it took them a week to respond with their portal for clients. I promptly filled out the required information and then it wasn't until another 7-10 days had passed that they had even responded to my inquiry. I let almost two weeks pass without a word regarding if they were going to take on my information for my personal & business tax return with no response, not even responding to my message inquiring if that was normal for them to completely ignore someone. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. I try to stick to local businesses, but ignoring potential customers is not how to do business.

When I was starting my business last year and had no knowledge of how to set up my financials Jeff really helped. I was anxious about tax time but the Premo's guided me through it with patience and professionalism. They made the whole process really simple, I don't know what I would have done without them.
