If I dont like the food on the first go, that’s never a deal breaker for me, ESPECIALLY if the service and vibe are cool… I will not be back, and the service and atmosphere was good…. I hope that speaks to the quality of this food, or lack thereof. 1. I was starving, the time was 1pm on a Friday. (Peakhours) Googled for near me, this came up… Mouth instantly watering. 2. I get there and see 3 black guys who looked like local hood guys from nearby. Instantly I KNOW the food about to be bomb. a. I also see 2 young adults (maybe Philapino or Nicaraguan) ONLY as the operators. Red flag but still optimistic because bbq is pre prepped so maybe they just heat and serve. 3.I order a BBQ pulled pork baked potato for $7 and a side of collards for $3. Being a smoking snob myself, I always judge folks BBQ vs my own chow. Brisket had fantastic flavor but could've used another hour at 225. Plateaus are funny creatures in the world of smoking. Baked beans were tasty as they get. Greens were the same. Good flavor, well cooked. Pulled pork had great flavor and was perfectly smoked. The wife was impressed with the mac n cheese. Portions were huge and luxurious. Great staff and you can't go wrong having a meal here. I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Their food is phenomenal AND it's local!!! Please, please, please go there. I get the pulled pork, the brisket, and the ribs with Mac and Cheese and baked beans and my husband gets the burnt ends along with some other yummy goodness.... ooooooh my god!!!! The food is mouth watering and the ribs literally fall off the bone everything is so juicy and tender. We cannot wait to go back.

Delmarva Barbeque is a great spot for BBQ. Great service and friendly staff that will pump out your order fast and it will be right...

People who run it are fantastic and put money into improvements in the parking lot and eating area since it's essentially a food truck in a parking lot. The food is amazing every time, all the sides are delicious (especially the baked beans), as are the smoked bbq fare from brisket to burnt ends to chicken to pork ribs and pulled pork. Have tried it all. Sadly, today was too chilly and windy to grab a photo, but I assure you the plate was clean at the end!
