I hate to leave such a low review but it hopes it gets the attention of the owner. Food was great and the place is decorated beautifully. I just could not stand the background music as well as the way the waiters were all working. I do not want to go to a French Restaurant to listen to Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, etc. They killed the whole atmosphere of the place. Rather than feeling at a restaurant I felt like I was in a club. Waiters were just gossiping non stop, sitting on top of the counters, just not professional at all. As a business owner I would love to know if this is happening, I can definitely say the presentation they gave was not at all what I would expect of a French bakery.

There is no need to travel to France since you can go to Jean Pierre Bakery. The decor is fantastic. Oil paintings styled from the 1800's. Wood floors all roughed up. Big huge comfortable chairs. Taxidermy animals on the wall along with chandeliers hanging from the rough ceiling beams. Get a chocolate croissant and enjoy.

We visited from Sacramento and stopped by twice for pastries and lunch before our Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge train ride. Staff, especially Jackie, were friendly and helpful—she remembered us on our second visit, and she described the pastry options well. The pastries were excellent with a wide variety and beautiful presentation. Our lunches were good but not as good as the pastries. The quiche was tasty but the texture was different than what we are used to in that there was more meat and cheese than custard. The croissant sandwiches were also good, but could have used a few more slices of ham. The salad and fruit options that came with lunch were fresh with ample servings. The take out containers were sturdy and a bag with handles was provided to carry the three lunches on board

Amazing food and super friendly staff! The quiche and pastries were delicious, and the decor inside is really cool. The whole menu looks tempting—can’t wait to come back before we leave!

We were very excited to have breakfast here as crepes are one of my favorite things to have for breakfast. The atmosphere is simply delightful with the feel of actually being in Europe. There are lovely breads and colorful desserts as you walk in the door to the left, some of them looking too delectable to actually eat. We arrived early so that we could sit at a table by the window. It was fun to people watch while we enjoyed our meal. Our food was delicious but we both agreed it was very overpriced. It cost us nearly $70 for two meals. I ordered the berry crepes and my daughter got the crab and avocado crepes. She raved about the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce, however, she said the crepe was mostly full of onions which greatly overwhelmed the bits of crab and avocado. It was a fun ex
