Java Hut

Above average coffee shop with amazing staff. Java Hut is also incredibly dog friendly…bring your poocher on leash and they can pup cup and lounge with you!

I like that the establishment is very clean, including the restroom. Unfortunately, the artwork is not interesting. I would suggest to the owners that they incorporate work from local artists. The espresso roast was mediocre. The staff was friendly. We were the only patrons in the establishment early afternoon on a Monday, therefore it could be a quiet place to get some work done. The employees spoke of having issues with the sinks "not working" in the kitchen. I would prefer a number of other coffee shops in the area before returning.

Java Hut is such a delightfully charming coffee shop. We were so pleased that we could bring our pup with us this morning. The coffee and pastries were outstanding. The attention and treats given to our pup was so sweet! Everybody was so friendly that we felt like we were visiting old friends! I can't wait to go there again.

Nice coffee shop in the area. The vegetarian breakfast toast (avocado, feta, veggies, balsamic vinaigrette drizzle) was very good. I had the sweet potato hash and eggs; I liked that you could opt for ham instead of toast. Healthy breakfast options with good Colectivo coffee. Prices were reasonable.

I really did want to enjoy this establishment, since it is close by and initially appeared charming. The building itself was cute. I liked all the silly pictures and figurines. Everything looked cluttered but not necessarily dirty. The first time I went, there was only one other customer sitting down but I was not greeted or acknowledged by the woman behind the counter. I was the one who initiated saying hello. This put me off slightly but I figured they could be having an off day, it happens. Placed my order, they don't take payment directly after ordering which I thought was funky, and it made for a weird system when someone else came up to order, employee said my drink was ready, and the other customer had to awkwardly scooch over while I paid and grabbed my drink.
