Fresh Baked Cafe

A bit disappointing… Ordered 2 Mexican Mocha’s, latte and a Cappuccino and all 4 hot drinks had no flavor… Tasted like hot water- very diluted. Used oat milk substitute and was charged $1.80 extra per drink. The pastries were so-so. Did not taste fresh and did not have many options available. Ordered Butter Brown Sugar, Cherry Tart and raspberry danish. The atmosphere was nice, customer service was friendly. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Street parking available.

First time at this location. It’s a nice spot in downtown Oconomowoc. No street parking here, but there are a couple of public parking lots close by. A couple of small café tables out front. Big glass windows let in lots of natural light. Inside, there are tables for small groups along with a couch. It has a nice, casual feel. Came with a friend early in the morning. Got a friendly greeting from the barista. Ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (a little lavender, a little vanilla, extra foam). They don’t serve drinks in mugs, so I had to settle for a paper cup (not my favorite). They have a large assortment of croissants to choose from — I picked the Blueberry Cream. They didn’t have other bakery items (no muffins, no scones). There was only one person working, but they did a good job keeping

Fresh Baked has the most amazing croissants and baguettes — perfectly flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. And the coffee… amazing! You can taste the love and care in everything they make. Christina and her crew are just incredible : always kind, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Every visit feels like catching up with friends over the best baked goods and coffee in town.highly recommend.

Play Shut up there laying in the day so there wasn't much to choose from but it was still good and tasted fresh despite being made probably 7 or 8 hours earlier. Nobody was in the place so I got to hang around a little bit and talk to the server about the establishment. I guess everything is Handmade by a woman and delivered herself. I should have sat down and ate my guava pastry but I was busy

Espresso was pretty good, but they didn't have almond milk. The chocolate croissant was crispy but had a small amount of chocolate, I didn't finish it. The experience was overall good except for the fact that the dining area was WAY overcrowded. I've seen similarly sized Cafe's with 4 total seats indoors. My advice to the owners/managers is to consider reducing the number of seats & possibly installing a bar at the window.
