Jalapeńos #2 Restaurant

This experience was a major disappointment and a complete waste of money. I ordered queso, but what I received was basically cold movie-theater cheese dip. The service was terrible- we waited 20 minutes just for our drinks, and even after ordering our food, the drinks still hadn’t arrived. When I returned the cold “queso,” telling her I wasn’t paying for the person at the front was rude and dismissive. I’ve never encountered such poor service and lack of care. Calling that cheese “queso” is honestly a joke. When I received my food it was smothered in red sauce when I ordered green sauce-my husband was not happy after we complained the the “manager” and he was dismissive. I immediately went to the front and told the server hostess whatever that we were paying for our drinks that’s that

Friendly service, very casual and family friendly. (In fact, they don't serve alcohol.) Very clean, large portions, authentic Mexican. I love a good chile relleno, and unlike many places, they have at least three different options. I chose the fajita chile relleno, which, like it sounds, is a chile relleno stuffed with cheese, fajita meat and veggies. I don't live in the area, but this restaurant make me wish I did.

We stop for lunch here on our way to the Pork Shop. The food is always good. There's a relaxed atmosphere so you don't feel rushed eating and everyone is friendly. Be ready to eat as the portions are big, but very tasty. Love the chips and salsa!

Went for lunch on a Sunday around 11 am Food wasn't the best. I got the beef fajitas. Really bland, no taste. I ate the rice and beans instead which were good. The waitress did not come by our table once as we were finishing up then had to ask for the check. Cashier didn't give the 10% off for veterns. She said she forgot. I will give them one more chance, then if not better I won't go back.

Great breakfast burrito and good price. Definitely recommend!! ------------ First rating above was 5 stars 2 years ago. Today and last few times they have been skimping on ingredients and charging more. I visit this store a lot and a get there $9 sausage egg, cheese and potatoes. Wouldn't be too bad if the large tortilla shell was actually full but I opened burrito up because it seemed thin and found very little egg, cheese or sausage. Mostly potatoes and VERY disappointed.
