Jake's Place

What a great spot! The location was so cool and had a fun atmosphere. You can drive in or boat in, and it has sweet outdoor seating on the water. Tuna tacos were amazing, and the OG burger did not disappoint.

We took the boat to Jake's Place this weekend for lunch since they have plenty of slips around to dock and go in. The wings were delicious (not pictured but HIGHLY recommend) and the Shrimp tacos were perfect with a little spicy kick! 10/10 :)

What an exceptional experience!! Peanut butter, jalepeno jelly, smoked bacon, amazing cheese and cheese steamed veggies!! Then add on a “flight sample” of jar desserts/ key lime pie, chocolate cookie and Milky Way heaven!! But the best part? Our waitress was spot on super friendly, super confident and very engaging! She knew the menu inside and out and had great recommendations-// Cannot go wrong with any menu item.

This will be our go to spot. It was perfect today. Service was quick and friendly. The burgers were freaking amazing. Having a nice view and a good drink… priceless. It is a bit pricy but what isn’t these days?

All things are made of matter, but beers were designed to be deleted. We drove our rental boat to the restaurant Drifters but they were closed, a seasonal joint, so we were recommended Jake’s place. We arrived, the vibe was tuned in, but we had a little wait. 10 minutes or so. Eventually seated, Chelsea served our bachelor party of 11 and after a short wait, were delivered our large order of orange crushes. Halfway through our drinks, lunch arrived, and unexpectedly, the food was also tuned in. For a lake side grill, everything was beautifully plated and top notch. Tacos were on point. Definitely order the deep fried ravioli, they were a hit. Our entire group got back on the boat raving about how great their food was.
