Jack's Family Restaurant

HAIR IN THE FOOD! To be fair this was a couple years ago. But it still grosses me out. I haven’t been there since. In the pic there are 3 hairs, that you can see, probably more in the meal. If I had to do it over again I would have called the police. I didn’t realize it’s against the law and a felony to purposefully put hair in people’s food. 1 hair is an accident. 3 is purposeful. It’s weird, I didn’t have any negative interaction with staff. I’m always on my best behavior when interacting with people who handle my food. I ended up sending a email to the health department.

Bought a family meal and it was so old had to feed it to my dog all of the food was old and the green beans had a film on top the gravy was half filled u could tell it was under heat for at least 4 hours. Get better Jack's. I would like my whole order replaced with fresh food 😕 This just doesn't make sense. $54 down the drain. I will not recommend going to Jack's in Scottsboro if you want chicken go to KFC. Will review later. Thanks for listening. Always check Health Department need to give ya'll a surprise visit.

Stopped in and tried the bacon double and fries. Food wasnt exacrly hot even though i came in vs the drove through thinking maybe if they know im inside that means im not in a rush for semi cold food. Welp got back to quality inn fries were cold and soggy so figured no biggy burgers should be hot.... nope... cold as the lettuce. For being my first time to a jacks it will likely be my last. Place was semi clean due to a probable dinner rush so no harm no foul and staff was pleasant.

We stopped by for some lunch this memorial day. Had their special Blackened Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Really delicious! It doesn't look quite as blackened as the advertisement but it sure tasted good! The service was friendly and the location was clean. Server said that one of us smelled good! Always a good compliment to hear. Blueberry Cream Cheese pie was so good I could have eaten about 12 of 'em. We live close by and can always count on this Jacks to have good food with friendly service.

I am beyond disappointed in the jacks franchise and will personally be boycotting all locations due to the simple fact yall no longer make comeback sauce and have outsourced to some disgusting child labor sauce factory. To my understanding it’s 6 ingredients mayo,ketchup,hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder. I’m not going back to jacks
