Jack's Family Restaurant

Im from Missouri and we dont have jacks up in the Midwest but I will say since I moved to Alabama this has been one of my favorite establishments. The service is always quick and the food is excellent. I also enjoy the wide variety of food you can get from fried chicken to burgers. Tyeisha made sure to take care of everyone in the restaurant from cooking and helping her staff to greeting and helping me and the line they had out the door! Great job all around!

Stopped in on the way to Montgomery when going through Andalusia. I had the pork rib sandwich and fries. Didn't pay attention to what my daughters had. Everything was great. I threw away my receipt before adding it on the app for the points or whatever they give but we only get there about once a year. Funny thing was we have sat in the same place the past few years in a row.

Great chicken biscuits were a little harder the second visit was my only like disappointment but definitely great my family got full slept like babies

I Experienced a Very professional and First Rate encounter here at Jack's in Andalusia the manager Allen was extremely warm and friendly and was very professional and gave excellent A+ service to myself and my family we are very grateful and will return very soon and recommend Jack's to all of our friends, family and Associates. Great Job Jack's! You Have an Outstanding Manager in Mr. Allen. Keep up the Great Work!

Came in for lunch expecting the same terrible service I've received at other Jack's locations; was shocked that this location has fast and friendly staff that make good food. The staff here were on point, the food was fresh, hot and the place was clean. This is how a jacks should be run! A+
