Jackalope Tex Mex & Cantina

Jackalope Tex Mex & Cantina is a fantastic spot with a comfortable environment and top notch service. The food was the true highlight as every dish we tried was excellent. The enchiladas verdes were rich and flavorful and the rockfish tacos were fresh and bright. Even the chicken cesar salad was a standout because the chicken was perfectly charred and juicy. It is rare to find a restaurant where everything on the table is a hit but this place delivered across the board. I will definitely be back.

Best Tex-Mex in Seattle! Perfect chicken tinga mole enchiladas... great chips, salsa, and guacamole. As close to perfect beef fajitas as your going to find outside of the South West or Texas.

FINALLY!!! Good Mexican/TexMex in the PNW. I couldn't believe my taste buds. And consistent! God. I love this place. I'll never have to worry about grainy flour based "cheese sauce" ever again. I'll be back again and again.

Very tasty! Lovely ambiance, great fish tacos 🌮, seasoned tortilla chips were a nice change of pace and the filled churros were excellent!

Very cute southwestern themed eatery I would visit again. We reserved a table so there was no wait, and our waitress was very nice. The drink she recommended was delicious and strong 😁 great presentation seeing streaming hot food coming to my table, and the warm salsa was a great touch 🤌🏿 only downside was that this server was replaced by a guy who refused to stand at our table long enough to hear our responses to his checking in.
