Jack in the Box

First time trying this place! The lady gave options on the top 3 items sold! The food was fresh. Came out in a timely manner. Overall happy with the service.

I came into this jack in the box with high expectations. Where im from, our jack in the boxes are very well put together and friendly. I came into this one with the same expectations. However, once we ordered our food they didn't give us any of the drink cups we asked for. We watched 2-3 people get their food before us even though we ordered before them. I had asked for my bacon to be extra crispy and they said our order was taking so long for that reason. When I got my food, the bacon didnt even look cooked. Our food was cold and not fresh. We also only got one large fry when our ticket said two. Not to mention that there was maybe one clean table in the whole place.

This jack and the box really tried giving me 1 year old orange juice. As if the clumps didn't mean anything at first before handing it to me.

I always go through the drive through window - so I can't speak to every detail. But The Onion Rings are great I just use ask them not to over cook them. I'm not sure of what to their recipe requires but if you ask them to pull them out when they are golden as opposed to leaving them in until they are dark brown- they are much better.

I've gotten cold tacos here twice now. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt once and give them another chance. However, there should be no reason for it to happen a second time. I won't return.
