Typical jack in the box, great food, good service. 4 stars only because they had no Rainbow Warriors antenna balls in stock sadly. The Hawaii exclusive Macadamia nut milkshake is DELICIOUS!
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The customer service sucks and they were all really rude. Food sucks as well. They can’t get orders correct even though I repeated it.
Straight up worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. First time at Jack in the Box and also last. Ordering: Person behind the counter has NO clue about the products they are selling. Food: Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger came without- guess what? - cheese! What has topped the food experience was hair in my burger. I mean… what the hell?
I've visited Lihue a couple times and have to go to Jack in the Box, as we dont have them back home. Its a nice fast food place to eat.
Always good service, never a long wait and I get what I ordered without mistakes I get at other fast food drive thru
