Jack in the Box

Stopped here on a road trip. Each of my kids found something they would like, so that's always a relief! Lol. They said that the Oreo shake was a little warm though and kind of runny. Still tasty though. The chicken on the sandwich was a little too crispy but it definitely was not the worst chicken sandwich we've had at a fast food place. The do breakfast all day long here. The dining area was clean. The bathrooms weren't bad.

Absolutely phenomenal service, staff was delightful and cheery, the food was out of this world!! Highly recommend their new fish sandwich... A+

I’m not happy , as a consumer I expect better customer service and food quality , went thru drive thru I asked for the chicken popcorn loaded, didn’t get it loaded and the food presentation was poorly. Call the store and the manager was very unprofessional, yes I hung up the phone because as a customer I was frustrated,I work hard for my money and decided to try the chicken popcorn.anyway the manager called me back and asked if we lost the call or I hung up and I told him I was disappointed and hung up because he wasn’t going to help me out . So he hung up on me . Very unprofessional and I called back and asked to talk to the manager and he said it was him and proceeded to hung up on me . Last time I go to this location.

Well,it's decent for fast food. The benefits are that they are open really late, and serve breakfast all day. Also they're like the only fast food place in town that sells chicken tenders so that automatically makes it better. I'd say it's pretty good for what it is, and isn't particularly offensive. Edit: My grandpa went to get Jack in the Box, and I ordered the chicken strips. One of them (as I don't dare eat anymore) was freaking raw! Check out the pictures. Disappointing.

We ordered 2 Jumbo Jack burgers, and they came without the burgers. The Saturday manager argued with that was what we ordered. Ut took me repeating myself 5 times that there was no burger on either one. He finally slapped a burger on them, and when I asked about the cheese he stated it would be an additional $1. Terrible service/ Chubbuck location
