I went for the first time today. I was greeted friendly, like I'd been there before. She gave me good suggestions. She asked if I had a punch card, I said it was my first time. She punched it twice 😊 The Big Train she suggested was really good!

Came here for a coffee before a long 8 hours of driving and it was EXACTLY what I needed. I ordered an iced latte with Mexican Mocha Flavouring (half sweet) and it was SO GOOD. It definitely tasted like something you’d get in Mexico. The girl working that morning was professional and quick with her service. I wish there was an ImPressed Coffee in every city I’m stopping in.

Went by today at 12:40 in the afternoon on 08/22/2025 and got no service. Sat at the window for almost 10 min waiting for the employee to come help us and she just sat at a table talking to a guy. She didn’t even acknowledge us. Do better and hire people who actually work because you lost a large order. Then we just saw another car go in and they still didn’t move so you lost another customer

I’ve been waiting for five months to try their sugar free s’mores latte. I was not disappointed. ❤️ Payton was kind, attentive and helpful. Drive thru is a fantastic perk for anyone looking for great coffee on the go! I cannot wait to return!

This is probably one of the most consistent coffee shops in Pocatello. My coffee needs are always met with great service! Kaylee has been my favorite barista so far in her ability to make the best latte's!
