Inn at Westside

We appreciated being able to unload our five days’ worth of food and beverages, and bikes, right at the door. We arrived to non-working air conditioning but our hostess quickly arrived to solve it. She also credited us back a day for the inconvenience. The house uses portable AC units upstairs and down, and the downstairs unit had to work to keep up with the extremely hot and humid weather we experienced. The house has a long, glassed-in south-facing room, which in other seasons would be quite pleasant, but added to the cooling challenge this week. The house overall is nicely modernized and the kitchen well-appointed. We didn’t use the outside amenities except for the locked storage shed for our bikes, so can’t comment on them.
