Hanna House Bed and Breakfast

Wow! This was a wonderful experience and stay. Miss Frances goes the extra mile to make you feel special and welcome. I recommend staying here. It would be great for one night or a couple nights. Outside of ten but close enough to enjoy. Large grounds for a quiet walk. Recommend buying some honey produced on the farm.

This beautiful B&B is located only a mile or less off of the GAP trail. It is a few miles away from town, but Frances the owner, will take you to town for dinner and then come pick you up when finished eating and exploring the quaint town of Confluence. Frances is so warm and inviting, it is like arriving at a close relatives home. She greeted us with delicious mint, lemon sweet tea, brownies, and snyders big pretzels. Our room was awesome with comfy beds! After a fantastic night’s sleep, Frances made us a wonderful breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, French toast with blueberries, watermelon, scrambled eggs, home fries, and sausage links! I highly recommend this amazing B&B and it’s super host, Frances!

Hanna's House in Confluence was a delightful find on our recent ride on the GAP trail. Just a short ride from the trail, this gorgeous brick farmhouse has charm and character. Because we were caught in a downpour on the trail, we (and our bikes) were filthy when we arrived. Frances, our host, let us hose down our bikes and bags and shoes. My room was spacious, spotless and my bathroom was beautifully appointed with a huge copper tub and delicious shower. The whole house has so much character. Our host, Frances, was wonderful. She had iced tea and brownies waiting for us. She took our breakfast order for the next morning, and even drove us into town for dinner. She picked us up, showed us around town....we laughed all the way there and back. Breakfast was amazing. Frances cut up heirloom

Hanna House was easily the most beautiful spot for our family group of six to have stayed during our bicycle trip on the GAP Trail, but it was so much more than just that. Frances, the proprietor, welcomed us with delicious homemade brownies and cold mint tea. From start to finish, her kindness permeated the space and we could feel how much she cares about her homestead and the travelers she serves. I highly recommend Hanna House!

What an amazing place to stay! This BnB is very close to the GAP biking trail and near to Fallingwater. The house and property are beautiful. Frances greeted us with brownies and iced tea, and made us a great breakfast in the morning. She made us feel very welcome. Cannot recommend enough.
