I recently flew with my bike from another state so I could solo ride the southern portion of the Ohio-to-Erie-Trail from Mt. Vernon to Cincinnati in three days. Sunshine's service took a big logistical problem off the table because they not only took my bike's flight bag but also my regular luggage; this not only allowed me to ride my road bike instead of my hybrid/gravel with loaded panniers but also removed the worry whether my bike case would reach the end point in time for my return flight. What a great way to ride! Angela and her team were absolutely terrific! Communication was extremely fast and I received regular updates about the luggage. Angela Bonnell’s Sunshine Luggage is the best. We would definitely use her again and if you are riding the GAP or C & O or both I recommend her without any reservations. She was easy to communicate with and her replies were fast. She cheerfully helped us out by taking our luggage to a home in Frostburg which was off her usual route. I left my cell phone outside one of the B and B’s we were staying at and feared I’d lost my phone along the trail. Angela made repeated efforts to reach me to let me know she had the phone and put it in my luggage. What a relief that was to know she had located my phone and I no longer needed to worry about it or ride back along the trail to see if I’d dropped it behind me somewhere. On time, consistent, friendly, and prompt is the best way to describe Angela of Sunset Luggage. Our luggage was picked up at 9:00 AM on all three days in different cities on the GAP Trail and delivered to our nightly reservation spots, mostly by 1:00. Perfectly done and perfectly delivered.

3 friends and I completed the GAP and C&O Canal Towpath trails this past Saturday - 6/07/25. I chose Sunshine over other companies solely on Angela's awesome customer service.
