Inlet Crab House & Raw Bar

We love Inlet Crab House & Raw Bar. It's one of the places we always can go when in Murrells Inlet. Nothing fancy, just good seafood and nice service. I got the Shrimp Po' Boy and my partner in dining chose the Fried Flounder Platter. Both were well done and delicious. Surprisingly, the bread was really good on the Po' Boy! They grilled it before adding a generous serving of fried shrimp. It is served with lettuce and tomato, but no sauce. I asked for some thinking I would need it, but Nope. Didn't even need to add anything, it was that good. This is not the place if you want fancy dining, but if you want to eat a generous portion of delicious seafood with no fuss, you must try it.

I'm going to cut straight to the chase. The first thing you order is the She Crab Soup. Get the bowl. The cup will not be enough. OMG! I live about 2 hours away and I would drive back for the soup even if that's the only thing they had on their menu. This place is great. A very old school vibe with great atmosphere. It's not a huge place. We had the Seafood Platter and it was excellent. Wife had a Long Island Iced Tea and loved it. I had a Margarita and it was so good, I sent my compliments back to the Barkeeper. I highly recommend.

Very laid back, local feel. Food was delish, I had the Conch Chowder and Grouper basket. Our server, Keri was great. Great value and I will definitely be back.

Black tie affair me not. Best seafood on the creek. I'll dare say the best bartender on the creek as well. Never been disappointed. Steaks are good, steam pots are great, best fry cooks in the business. Bartender keeps me laughing, bottomless beers or oyster shooters. I feel like I'm home when we visit. There's a reason they've been here so long.
