Infused Thai Fusion Kitchen

Saw this place on Instagram and had to try it - did not disappoint! Got the pad thai and khao soi, both were delicious and very flavorful. I don’t like a sweet pad thai so this was perfect. Khao soi was very flavorful and I loved that it was naturally gluten-free with rice noodles (often hard to find). Same for the pad thai, also gluten-free. Opted for the mango sticky rice dessert instead of an appetizer but wish I would’ve tried the appetizers. Several options on the menu and all looked good. Lots of seating and the place is very clean. Would definitely go again to try more things. Highly recommend.

We stopped by on our road trip to Hearst Castle. We had Curry Roti, Khao Soi noodle and Satay Chicken sando. The noodle was rich and creamy. The Roti was crispy, and paired nicely with the curry dip. The Satay Chicken sando was juicy and flavorful. There is also a great selection of beer. The service is excellent and efficient as well. Will definitely be coming back to try more from the menu.

My husband found this spot for me knowing I love Thai food and drinks. We were warmly greeted and offered help with ordering since it was our first time here. My husband doesn’t eat Thai food but decided to give it a shot and he was not disappointed. The fries were so crispy yet soft in the middle. The garlic edamame was so full of flavor and was the best I’ve tried so far. I had the the chicken and garlic with cashews over the rice and the portion was big. My husband had the curry chicken sandwich and I asked for the sauce on the side but he actually liked it. We dipped the fries in and so yummy! During our family vacation, we were craving a delicious dinner and found Infused here on Yelp. The moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly host and greeted by a clean restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially for the area. We were able to share all these items together as a family of four. We enjoyed Infused and hope to visit again in the future.
