This In-N-out Burger location is outstanding! We went through drive thru and was served in less than 5 minutes from order to pickup.

5 Stars - Y’all… THIS is how you run a restaurant First time at In-N-Out in YEARS and the Rohnert Park location? Listen. Visible from the freeway, Google Maps took me right there, and yeah the drive-through wrapped to the street but it moved SO fast. What really got me though - this place runs like military precision but in the best way. Every single employee? Immaculate. Smiling. Moving with purpose. No chaos, no bumping into each other, just this beautiful choreographed flow. The guy came right to my car window with the menu board, got closer so I could actually see it (thank you!), answered my questions, and when they asked if I wanted to round up for the homeless? 100% yes. Through that window I’m watching this SPOTLESS workspace, everyone communicating, checking if I needed anything

Worst in and out I’ve ever been to. Hair in my food and the fries were cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting since normally I love going to In and out
