Squatch's Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches and Coffee Shop

I went in on 8-29 and got helped by a woman. I didn't get her name but I went in around 3pm and explained to her I have not visited and wanted one of their custom ice cream sandwiches with their homemade cookies. She was very sweet and explained how it works and how they have their recommendations on the wall of great options. So you pick a kind of cookie, ice cream and candy on the sides if you wanted. I don't believe it cost extra to get the one side option on the side. If you wanted more I am not sure of there was an extra charge. I got two different ice cream sandwiches. I picked chocolate chocolate chip cookie with their chocolate peanut butter ice cream and I got it covered in Reese. The other I got was a chocolate chip cookie with mint chocolate chip ice and chocolate chips on the s

Absolutely delicious ice cream and friendly customer service. The peanut butter pretzel is not to be missed. We will be back.

Squatch’s in Rohnert Park is a great spot all around. The prices are reasonable, the food and drinks are solid, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You don’t feel rushed, and they actually seem to care about the experience, which is refreshing. On top of that, it’s nice supporting a place that gives back and stands for a good cause. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

First time eating here. Overall it was a good experience, and the mission is awesome. I love a place that tries to give back to their community. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! That said, the ice cream sandwiches were good but not great. Both my and my wife’s cookies were either overcooked or stale, making them too hard/crunchy to eat like a sandwich. I got the dark chocolate raspberry ice cream, which had a good chocolate flavor but no raspberry flavor at all. My wife’s coffee ice cream was good. We’re going to give it another try, hopefully it’s just because we were there so close to closing time!

Great place for an even greater cause. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Coffee is perfect and the ice cream sandwiches are amazing! This non profit is such a great addition for our high schools! Come support!
