Imaginary Cakes

We cannot say enough good things about this local bakery and the incredible job they did for our wedding. They created a beautiful two-tier cake along with assorted cupcakes, and we were absolutely thrilled with both the presentation and the taste. Everything looked stunning and tasted even better. We chose three flavor combinations, and every single one was a hit: • Almond cake with cheesecake mousse filling, vanilla bean buttercream, and fresh berries • Spiced apple cake with pumpkin mousse filling, almond buttercream, topped with cinnamon sugar • Deep chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, mocha buttercream, finished with a ganache drizzle and chocolate-covered espresso beans Each flavor was distinct, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients.

The customer service was very good. She went out of her way to make sure I had the exact colorful pearls from the Pinterest reference I shared. I was pleasantly surprised that imaginary cakes pulled it off in such short notice. The outside of the cake was very pretty and it tasted good! Very moist and fluffy. That being said, a few details were still off I specifically requested strawberry flavored butter cream, not a purée. And the cake itself was supposed to be funfetti, but it barely had any sprinkles in it so it was just a vanilla cake.

If you are looking for a cake stop looking and get to ordering. We ordered a baby shower cake from here and it truly was out of this world. It tasted amazing and looking even better somehow. I've already started hinting to my wife my birthday is coming up and she could get me another cake!

Loved the entire experience working with Imaginary Cakes. The number of options was incredible and we enjoyed our tasting to see what would be best for our big day. Matt and Courtney were incredibly responsive when I changed a flavor for our tasting at the last minute. Our cake was yummy and we loved the option of having different flavors for each layer. We left flowers at our reception venue for them to decorate on arrival. It came out not only delicious, but absolutely beautiful and exactly like I pictured. My husband just mentioned tonight if we could order another cake from them just for fun lol Highly recommend for all your events!

Hands down, Imaginary Cakes never fails to deliver the absolute BEST desserts. We have used them in the past for many occasions, but the cherry on top was our fall wedding. Courtney and her team absolutely came through, down to every possible detail. From cake tastings to helping us pair many cupcake flavors with icings, a cutting cake, and a surprise sprinkle spill for my wife. Everything was perfect in every way! 10/10 recommend! I wish we could give even more stars!
