Outstanding First Visit - Thank You, Andrea! We tried our local IHOP for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our server, Andrea. From the moment we sat down, Andrea’s service was exceptional. She was attentive and checked on our table multiple times throughout the meal without being intrusive. What really stood out was her patience and helpfulness—she took the time to walk me through how to use my coins in the IHOP app to redeem a discount on the final bill. That kind of genuine care makes all the difference. The food matched the excellent service. Excellent experience. Our server was phenomenal. She was incredibly polite and her energy made the visit even better. Food was fast and reasonably priced. I always stop here when in town. Some servers are bi-lingual too.

Good place for a Sunday breakfast, not too crowded; great friendly service.

I requested a table for two, there was an about a 15 min wait so we sat down at the lobby. At about 10 minutes of waiting, another couple walked in, continued to the host and were seated immediately. We were then seated about 2 minutes later. We were seated near the wait staff desk and after 15 minutes or so, no waiter or waitress came to offer drinks or take our order. We asked for the waiter to come to our table, and it still took another 5 minutes or so. Our order took about 30 minutes to be ready. Once it came, my plate came with a piece of paper in it. When I made the waiter aware, he proceeded to take the paper out of the food with his hand and expected me to accept the food. I asked for him to take it back and order a whole new dish. That only took about 2 minutes to cook, which w
