The owners are really nice people, but for me, it stops there and that's not enough for me to return. I ordered an egg roll, special fried rice and shrimp with broccoli. I agree with some of the other reviewers, the rice was mushy and had no flavor. The shrimp with broccoli was ok, but I had to find the tiny shrimp that was added. I really am used to large shrimp in my order but those were baby shrimp. The egg roll was average and soft, with no crispness. I won't return when in the area.
We have eaten here before and it was average, last order was horrible! General Tao chicken tasted like ketchup and mustard! Lo mein noodles were like mush, we did take the extra gross pineapple chicken back as it smelled bad! Lady just said “well that’s what you ordered “ and tossed in the trash! I didn’t stay to get anymore food from them! Beware! They don’t care!
I called in a take out order for dinner tonight and it was such a great experience start to finish. The lady that answered the phone was super nice, and said the food would take 20 minutes. I get there and see that it is only her and a man working. I got two orders of orange chicken, a side of fried rice and a bowl of soup all for about $21. You get a lot of food for what you pay and it was all so delicious.
This food was horrible. I ordered the general chicken special, fried chicken wings, fried rice. That food went straight in the trash. General chicken was mushy tasted like it had been microwaved from the day prior. Fried chicken looked weird and had absolutely no flavor, just grease and flour. The fried rice was very mushy and had no flavor, I’m 100% sure they cooked it a few days prior. I was so excited to try this place considering the decent reviews. I have no idea how people are rating this place about a 3 star.
I am not from around here, but this is the best Chinese food I’ve had by far! Everything is fresh, the chicken is crispy, and even the rice and broccoli are perfectly cooked. The small portions are the perfect amount of food for one person. And the prices are great! They even wrap the containers with plastic wrap so that it doesn’t leak when carrying it. I just wish there was a Chinese restaurant this good where I live.
