My wife and I had an awesome dinner tonight at Huey's on Main. We kept hearing good things, and what we heard was right. The food was amazing, and our server, Maddy, was the best. When I asked about meals that were gluten-free she said she wasn't sure but would go check with the chef to see what he recommends. She was so friendly and professional; a true delight. The chef recommended the pasta jambalaya but over rice instead of pasta. It was incredible.

My husband goes here alot for lunch and has been trying to get me to come, because its one if not his favorite place to come for lunch in Statesboro, but our schedules just havnt made it possible untill today and my father-in-law is also in town so we all went, I could go on and on about the food! Absolutely delicious and highly recommend!!! The flavors and the freshness of everything was top tier! My father-in-law was blown away! Will definitely be returning! Completely understand why my husband talks about it so much!

Ordered the corn and crab bisque and Jambalaya Pasta. Both came out at the same time so the pasta sat there while I ate the soup. Ordered a drink from the bar had to remind the waitress about it. The bartender was also a waitress and was not minding the bar apparently. Soup had good flavor but was like warm at best. Had a couple of cold bites like they just microwaved it. The chicken in the pasta tastes boiled, no flavor. The sausage had a strong fishy taste. The tomato sauce spices just didn't work. I took about 3 bites and was done. The piece of bread had no flavor and was hard and crumbly. Applebee's has a better jambalaya pasta. Here's how much I didn't eat.

Really good New Orleans style food. The shrimp creole was amazing. I went on a Tuesday night and ended up winning at musical trivia and got a fist card to help pay for my meal. I'll definitely be back another Tuesday night!

We went for our 1st time to Jazz Brunch and it was entertaining and delicious. We had the shrimp po-boy with red beans and rice, then beignets for dessert with raspberry. I would suggest all of it and the music was great.
