Hudson Valley Dessert Company

Friends and I stopped here while we were walking in town during our trip to the Catskills last fall. Everything looked great and smelled delicious! We each selected a few items to take with us as we were on our way back home. Everything stayed well during the drive and tasted amazing when I could dive into it.

One of my favorite places to have breakfast on a Saturday morning is The Hudson Valley Dessert Co. Connie and everyone at the bakery always put love into everything they make! This morning I got an egg and Asiago sandwich with avocado and homemade sausage that they make there! It was (and always is,) delicious! I got a cup of hazelnut hot chocolate to have with it! (Please forgive the half-a-sandwich photo. I was so ready to eat it, I forgot to take a photo of the whole sandwich. 😂)

We recently had a wedding in the area and Hudson Valley Dessert Company was the perfect choice for our wedding cake and dessert. They provided an excellent level of service at the tasting, conducting delivery, and throughout the process. We wanted to do a unique cake and the bakers were thrilled with the opportunity to flex their creativity and skills. They worked closely with our venue to ensure the logistics of the cake would work and we completely trusted that everything would go well. Our guests were so impressed by the cake and the other desserts. We had cannolis, pecan squares, and gluten free brownies. Everything was delicious. We found that we got really great value and highly recommend them for others looking to order their wedding cake from the area.

Hudson Valley Dessert Company created a cake for my daughter's wedding, which took place this past weekend at Winter Clove Inn in Round Top, NY. The guests raved about the cake, praising both the its beauty and great taste.
